Basement Waterproofing
Prevent Water In Your Basement
Frequently, people only think of basement waterproofing as the installation of sump pumps and French drains. Most fail to recognize that stopping the water that is coming through foundation walls is also a form of waterproofing.
There are several entry points for water:
- Wall cracks
- Floor cracks
- Around water and sewer pipes
- Through metal tie rods/snap ties
- Cove seams(where the wall meets the floor)
- Cold joints(where new walls meet old ones)
- Bulkheads
- Honeycomb areas in walls
These troubled areas can all be repaired with our injection process of either a two-part urethane resin or epoxy. The advantage of our injection process is that it stops the water at the source, outside the foundation.
