"CrackX is family owned, the owner's son repaired my foundation. He explained everything, he was very thorough and didn't rush anything. He explained what he was doing at every step and was really personable and professional. He explained when a basement cracks you usually find a corresponding crack on the other side of the house. He walked the perimeter with me and that's exactly what we found so I'll be calling them to come back again to fix the other side of the house. I also really liked that they were able to give me an easy quote over the phone, simple flat rate, no need for someone to drive out and look at it and wait for a quote, I just texted them a picture and got a quote"
"I had an issue with bulkhead doors where the foundation was at grade level and when the ground is frozen in the winter, I got water dumping into my basement. I also needed a new set of bulkhead doors. I was looking for someone to do this work for a few years. Masons would occasionally call back but wouldn't do the doors. Very few door installers exist and they didn't do the concrete work needed to raise the foundation. CrackX does both parts of this odd but important job. They responded quickly and coherently. They booked me on the calendar and honored the date they set. The price quoted was the price honored. They did exactly what I needed them to do and did a very detail oriented and solid job (I've worked masonry before). They were on time, thorough, the office was responsive...a true blast from the past. Highly recommended."

"In the past month I've had a need for some repairs in my basement wall in two separate locations about a month apart from each visit. The previous work was done by a less reputable national company. Crack-X came out each time, and I had 2 separate craftsmen do the work. Jacob and Doug did an awesome job and were very professional. I also want to thank 2 other people in the office who went above and beyond to accommodate me with time frames that worked for me. I spoke with David who worked with me on my tight window of availability. I also had contact in the office with Ava who had to juggle several of the schedules that the craftsmen already had each day. Ava was able to work everything out for me, and I highly recommend using Crack-X for any issues you may have."
"We had an issue with our basement bulkhead needing replacement due to the high water along the Maine seacoast. The CRACK-X team responded quickly to my issue and proposed a solution that would resolve the issue. They were able to raise the bulkhead with new concrete blocks and install a new Bilco door which will keep the water out and basement dry. The entire CRACK-X team including initial contact, questions, installation team, post install support has been excellent. The communication that was shared between the teams was the best I have encountered in a long time. Had a slight issue with the Bilco door after install and CRACK-X Merrimack Valley resolved the issue with Bilco directly for me."
"We had a great experience with Crack-X. Our basement had a vertical crack in the wall that was also visible on the outside, and slowly getting wider. When we showed a structural engineer, he immediately said to just call Crack-X, so I did. Crack-X gave me an estimate based on photos I sent, and explained the repair process in detail. They were very responsive, and scheduled the technician visit within about a week of my call. The tech was on-time and polite. The whole visit took less than two hours. The best part is the long warranty on the work and the reasonable price. My husband and I had been so nervous that a repair would be costly and difficult, but that wasn't the case at all. I wish I'd called earlier and saved me and my husband a lot of unnecessary worry!"

"Just want to give a shout out to Crack X MV. Awesome staff with fantastic customer service. Had some cracks in my garage filled which held up incredibly well to the massive amounts of rain we had over the last couple months. I noticed some moisture so I got in touch and they got me scheduled for the guys to come out yesterday to take care of it. They were here on time took my concern seriously and got right to work. I had a couple questions after the job so I sent an email and the tech called me personally this morning to discuss. Highly recommend!"
"I have been meaning to write this, work was done about ten years ago (long time coming) and this is my first review on any thing. Had them fix a leaking pre cast bulkhead that the seal had let go and when it rained it poured. I had another company which will remain nameless and you have heard them on the radio (STAY AWAY), come out and what a nightmare! Crack-X was $2,900 less, not intrusive like what the other company wanted to do, they were awesome to deal with and still leak free. Can not highly recommend them enough!!!"
"I was not there while the services were performed at my house but Crack X quickly responded to my inquiry about a quote for a foundation crack in my garage and were able to tell me exactly how much it would cost just by sending pictures to them. They were not pushy in my decision making to put it off for a bit and when I was ready to schedule the appointment they came within two weeks and had the job done the same day. I did have a few follow up questions since I wasn't there when the work was done and the employee that texted me to say when they were arriving quickly responded to my questions later that same night. Great service and no more water in my garage!"
"CrackX team did a great job - had about a 6' crack in the basement, was walked through the cause/effect/fix and work was done professionally, clean, and complete. Liked the service level, knowledge, and fact that all the builders use them by default - for their expertise. Checked out other companies but was not impressed with the explanation, up-sell, and hidden agendas. The other firms Reminded me of those window replacement scams.... thou dost protest too much. Go with the best."
