Had an issue with water leaks in the basement after rain storms and reached out to Crack X. Alex was prompt, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He always explained what he was doing and gave recommendations to what we could do to prevent the problem in the future. Jessiah from the CrackX Natick office repaired a vertical "shrinkage" crack that went through the foundation wall in January 2025. He arrived on time, explained what he would be doing, offered to inspect the foundation for any additional cracks, worked very efficiently and cleaned up thoroughly. I have to really give kudos to CrackX, especially Lucas and Jakob. I’ve not had great experiences as a single female homeowner with businesses but CrackX was amazing. Newer main water drain pipe exiting home was leaking around pipe itself, esp. when heavy rain occurred. Area around pipe was treated and it has not leaked since. The company as a whole was straight forward from the start and knew their business. Other companies were vague about what might be the cause and cost of repair and started at a much higher base price than CrackX's standard price. Job was done on time, professionally, and I am pleased with the end product.
