Crack x did a great job on a foundation crack . They were on time, clean,polite and very informative. They were COVID aware and followed all protocols. I want to shout out about their employee Phil. I was in operations for a construction company before retiring. I would take 20 Phil’s to have on my team. You don’t find many employees as efficient, clean and knowledgeable as this young man. He was fantastic and did thorough neat clean job. Definitely a employee that should be retained by crack x.

Sales and the service tech were both very courteous and helpful. We used CrackX to repair a vertical crack in our basement foundation. I emailed pictures to the salesman who gave me a price over the phone which beat the price I received from one of their competitors. Although the tech was late he did call ahead of time to let us know that his previous job was running late and gave us a new time to expect him and was there when he said he would be. He preformed all work in the expected time frame, at the price communicated and was very professional. I will use CrackX again if I need them in the future.

I bought a new house in June and shortly after moving in I had a water leak in the basement. CrackX responded promptly and fixed the leak easily identified. There was suspicion of another leak as well which required more work. Since it involved an exterior basement window, I had to deal with approval from a condo association and CrackX was very patient. They discovered and repaired the other leak. The warranty is also a very comforting feature. I have to say on both occasions the staff was knowledgeable and professional. And dealing with the main office was an absolute pleasure. Thank you CrackX.

Excellent experience from beginning to end. I had two foundation seams letting water in during heavy rain where an addition met the existing foundation walls. Called and spoke with Francisco who reviewed photos of the areas and provided an explanation as to why it’s leaking, how to properly repair it (and correct previous home owner repair attempts), and a detailed quote for the job. The pro (Tom) was available same week and he was not only a sincerely nice gentleman- he worked extremely efficiently. Everything was reviewed, repaired and cleaned up within a few hours. I am VERY impressed by this company and the 10-year transferable warranty leaves me with the piece of mind that I won’t have to bust out the mop and bucket again down there. THANK YOU’

water in a totally different area and called them. They quickly found an appointment for us. They came and upon the inspection found the area where the water was coming into the basement from and fixed both the obvious crack and the one we hadn’t noticed because of its location. They did exceptional work quickly and professionally. I would strong recommend these guys if you have water in the basement. Thanks guys. Great job!
